Indian car maker Tata has introduced to the marketplace the world’s cheapest car, the Nano. A 2-cycle, 600cc, 33HP motor. 12 inch tires with 3 lug nuts. 1 windshield wiper. It ain’t a Caddie but sure beats a bicycle or motorbike.
