I don’t know about bombproof, but to me, this idea has added to brick walls what was always needed, just a tiny bit of elasticity. A structure fortified with some of this stuff would surely fare better in an earthquake or tornado.

AutoSpies has this good article on the financial condition of the State’s “agreements” with Toyota. Most apparent to me is the fact that very little conditions were placed on the repayment of the state’s $324 million loan to the auto giant.
