The U.S. government has filed complaints with the European Union about tariffs on products, computer monitors, not even manufactured here, but merely sold from here.  It seems HP and Dell are up in arms over the tariffs and want their guys over in government to do something about it.  Everyone knows that monitors are almost exclusively made in Asia.  Dell monitors are made by Phillips, which moved all their monitor making facilities to China long ago, and Samsung.  Likewise with HP I suspect.  But in any case, it seems our government could better serve its people by protecting jobs a little closer to home.
